		Gold medal The year 2010 was very successful.We were very happy after being honored with a Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris for our Cuvée Evasion Rosé 2009. Being under governmental control, this competition rewards the best wines during the event of the Salon d'Agriculture. Receiving the reward for our hard work gives us the courage to intensify our efforts.
		ECOCERT: Biological agriculture Our domaine is committed to biological agriculture. Starting in 2009 all our wines are marked "Wine produced from grapes which are currently in a transition state working towards biological agriculture." This process is controlled and certified through the organization ECOCERT.

		Our Olive Oil The olive tree (arbre sacre) is one of the most typial elements of our landscape and the provincial culture. It is the symbol of peace and wisdom and a part of a culture which demands a lot of patience. After being harvested, our olives go to a private mill where they are transformed in a very personal way. Our Olive Oil, sold at the domaine, will inspire you in the creation of delicious, sun drenched meals.
